I was born and raised in Apeldoorn, a city in the ​Netherlands. I have worked as a medical ​secretary. After the birth of my first child, I ​decided to quit my job and focus on being an ​artist (besides being a mom of four children). ​Since 2005 I have taken painting classes from ​Stephan Peters and recently started taking ​etching classes at MK24. In the last couple of ​years, I have put a lot of time into painting, and I ​have tried to develop my own painting style. I ​make etchings and paint portraits as well as ​abstract art. Now I am ready to show my art to ​the world.
